I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Chateau during a family vacation, and our experience highlighted its family-friendly atmosphere. The large grounds provided ample space for exploration, allowing my children to run freely while we enjoyed serene walks in the garden. Each evening, the delightful sounds of a ‘frog chorus’ filled the air, adding to our relaxation. Our room, the Darjeeling, offered a comfortable environment with an impressive view of the rear lakes, making it a delightful retreat after a long day of activities. Breakfast in the cloister was refreshing, featuring delicious pastries that my kids particularly enjoyed. While the property itself exudes charm, the entrance and common areas could benefit from more engaging decor.
